Are there any upcoming sea survival seminars? I'd like to attend. I've looked at the list (http://sfbaysss.org/shtp2016/seminars/), and I only see two unrelated seminars listed.

If there aren't any, will the sea survival training I received as part of my USCG Master license training be adequate? The more training the better, but will that do, just in case?

It looks like there might be space available at the 1-day SAS on May 14 at the Encinal YC in Alameda CA.

Safety-At-Sea seminiar info is here: http://sfbaysss.org/main/ocean-racing-requirements/

See Section 2.03 (j) of the SHTP RRS for requirement.

The SSS - SHTP Seminars are here: http://sfbaysss.org/shtp2016/seminars/
and are optional , and not related to the above SAS training.
