Required gear for Richmond/ South Beach race?

Couldn't find it on the website, but what safety gear/ boat equipment is required for the Richmond/ South Beach race? I just got a new boat and don't have much safety gear, so I couldn't do Half Moon Bay. I'm hoping that since this race doesn't leave the gate it will be less gear required...

That's right, the requirements are much less stringent. They're in the Standing Sailing Instructions,
