Mike, the same thing happened to mine. This work is a total PITA. Do the zippers move? Can you get the dodger off the snaps easily? If you can do that, it should not be that difficult to take it to a canvas shop for a really nice repair job. They can sew it up with additional sunbrella along the whole front side where it's the weakest and where you have the current tear. Michael Jefferson helped me sew mine back together. My dodger is really old so I didn't care what it looked like, but it was not so easy to do. We will next try to replace the isinglass. I have bought material to do this, but I suspect it'll be the death of me trying to wrestle the dodger into submission. People who sew dodgers for a living have ALL my respect! I don't know any canvas people personally, but you could see if the SSS's Synthia Petroka might do this for you. I believe she is in the business.
