Thanks Ants,
Sails are not done but everything else is. A launch date will be announced.
All of the water ballast plumbing is installed. That would have been a real chore to do after the cockpit seat is glued down.
The vents at the top of the ballast tanks.

I can roll the boat out on the sidewalk and turn it around by myself, but the cradle is complaining. Had a bit of a breakdown yesterday with 100% sidewalk blockage for an hour. This was before the next 90 degree spin.

Part #86, the port cockpit seat is being fitted. The last of some 170 parts.
For Stitch and Glue boats, can that be the Whisky Plank?
I think we'll have a little Whisky when this get glued down.![]()
Honey, there's a rocket ship on the sidewalk up the street! Put the kids in the bathtub!!

If I were closer to the boat shop, there would be an overabundance of whiskey for the celebration. From Bodfish, support is provided by digital comments and vicarious consumption.
Per the Philpott interview, when the Missouri Breaks hits the planning stage, please contact me during the planning. The journey has been awaiting the proper details to make it happen. An assortment of companion vessels await the call and the voyage.
Does the neighborhood know how they are teased by your efforts?

Congrats to all the Transpacers!
The non skid turned out well. I used Soft Sand and the broadcast/recover method rather than mixing it in with the paint. Just a couple drops of black in the Pennant Topside paint to get the non skid a bit darker.

Another advantage of this water based paint is you can use Frogtape for some nice sharp lines.
Unfortunately System Three stopped making Pennant Topside paint. Shame, as it's nice to work with. I was able to get a final gallon from them to finish the project.
