Updates then ... Short as I now also have to be dealing with water damage at home (consequences of being tired also happen at home :-(.

5 days later: 2 trips to the boat to bring gear home, 1 trip to deep clean (only a fourth done). Tomorrow I'll start ferrying the sails home. Alone it will be quite the chore :-)
Give me a buzz if you're interested: four one five 317 one zero zero one.

I'm not sure people are allowed to help just yet.

It's done :-) All sails are home, except for the primary mainsail and genoa ...

Anchoring gear on CaB. 4 + 5 + 25 meters of chain. A light and a heavy anchor. I have a hard time picturing myself solo dropping and weighing the heavy stuff under sail alone ... In a blow, in a small protected anchorage with another boat ... Oh well ...

Check with the Harbormaster, but I'm not sure all the 50A on the recreational side are the same? Last summer, on the way down to Monterey Bay, we were unable to adapt, and moved over to G dock.

If you haven't checked out Kathi's video of the largish bird resting on PJ's head and nesting in his hat on their delivery of CHANGABANG to HMB, itsa hoot. Good images of the deck layout.

What kind of bird is that anyone? https://pjsails.com/a-blog-about-sai...und-the-world/
