I have had a recent epiphany. While getting out of my chair after morning coffee I noticed it took me a minute to unfold myself. It's like my back gets settled in and one has to loosen up as one rises out of the chair. Same thing getting out of bed in the morning.

I thought to myself, geeze, I didn't feel this way at all during the entire sail to and from Hawaii. Then I realized the movement of the boat would always cause me to adjust my core to compensate. Even when sitting or lying down. Of course this was a constant so one never got locked into a specific position for very long if at all. It occurred to me it might be a good idea to buy a motion table and place my reading chair on top. That way I could program a computer to keep the table and me moving just like we do at sea.

Someone could devise a chair which did this and could sell the thing as a health aid. Low setting could be called "Pacific High" and high setting could be called "DDW to Hanalei".
