I've got to find a good home for my 1972 Santana 27 'Shirley Rose'.

I picked the boat up a few years ago, and have been refurbishing her since. I did all the repairs with safety in mind, see the full list below. I rebuilt the mast in 2020 with all new running rigging. Standing rigging replaced in 2017 by the previous owner. 90% Jib is in good shape, the main works but will need to be replaced in the next few seasons. Lewmar 16 Selftailing winches in the cockpit plus the roller furler headsail make for easy single handing. Reefing solo is a little tricky because the reef lines are at the mast, but the halyards are run to the cockpit. I usually just reefed at the dock. Atomic 4 runs smoothly. She's a solid boat but needs cosmetic work done on deck.

I've moved to the East coast, but she is located in Berkeley. I really loved sailing and working on Shirley Rose and would love to find a good home for her. Im asking $2700/obo.
