There's an app for that - actually several. I use AyeTides, which gives you the tidal data for many points around the Bay and the current data for others.
I'll bet it will even work on that dial-up phone on the wall in your kitchen.

"on the bay?" Wouldn't you like to know what they are at various places during the race? EyeTides tells you that. While you're sailing.
No "subtract 42 minutes" and "multiply by .4" from what the little book says it is at the Gate.
Pick a dot from the chart. I picked the "2" near the GGYC. The page below shows the results at that location on your requested date.
Eight bucks, and constantly updated at no charge.

I like OpenCPN with the otcurrents plugin, you can get a tide overlay for any time for free!
