    Default Yerba Buena restricted area

After Dan's presentation at the skippers meeting, I decided to find the precise definition of the restricted area off the Coast Guard station on Yerba Buena. If you want to look it up yourself, it's in 33 CFR 334.1065.

Put a waypoint of 37 deg 48' 27" N, 122 deg 21' 35" W in your GPS. (Conversion from seconds to decimal minutes is left as an exercise for the reader.) This is the southeast corner of the box that we need to stay out of. The two adjacent sides of the box run due north to the island and due west to the island.

This restricted area is not called out specifically in the Standing SI's but is included in the catch-all clause 15.a.ii.
