I had a bad fall 2 days ago while holding my 2 year old son. I landed on my ribs and elbow. Stitches in the elbow, chest x-ray, etc. No broken ribs, but it hurts like hell. I was very worried that I could not do the race. I'm planning to start and to be as fast as I can, but need to make sure I don't stress my body to much...
